The Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme will be at the Landlord and Letting Show 2012
The Homestamp Consortium will be at the LANDLORD AND LETTING SHOW 2012, Stoneleigh Park, Coventry on 28th and 29th November 2012. The Homestamp team will be on stand 19B at the show to give you information, advice and free guides, and further information on the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme (MLAS).
Mary Latham, Vice Chair of Homestamp will be speaking on a number of issues, including information about the recent legislation change concerning Squatting and landlords will have the opportunity to ask questions.
At 2.00pm on 28th November Homestamp will be holding a celebration of the 2000th Landlord to become accredited through the MLAS since the scheme started in 2006. MLAS has many incentives to support accredited landlords including free EPC’s, discounts on HMO licences, a dedicated help line to the Housing Benefit department, free membership of a national accreditation scheme, acceptance for Private Sector Leasing Schemes and free advertising on websites because they know that MLAS accredited landlords are knowledgeable landlords who work to a Code of Conduct.
Mary Latham, who is a landlord of 40 years and proud to be accredited by MLAS said, “Whether you are accredited through MLAS or not we would like to invite you to join us and raise a glass to the huge success of this Midlands Scheme while you are enjoying a visit to the only show dedicated to landlords to be held in the Midlands
At the Show there will be many free seminars, given by industry experts, to attend to help you to keep up with current trends, changes of legislation and to ask the questions that are on your mind and if you want to find out how the Police can help you with difficult tenants come to my seminar. You will find a full list of these seminars on the Landlords Show website nearer the event.
We look forward to seeing you there – please come and say hello on Stand 19B”
