MLAS CPD WORKSHOPS
Whether it’s to keep abreast of changes in housing legislation, network with other landlords or collect those ever important points, CPD courses are an essential part of MLAS accreditation.
MLAS Accreditation is for 5 years. You will be re-accredited (at a charge of £50) after this time, if you can show that you have taken reasonable steps to maintain and develop your knowledge.
In order to satisfy MLAS criteria, you need to accrue 50 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points over the 5 years of your accreditation.
If you do not manage to accrue 50 points, you will need to attend another MLAS one day seminar (and pay the associated fee(s)), so we can ensure that your knowledge and practice is kept up to date.
MLAS CPD Workshops are charged at £20.00 per person, per workshop. Events are open to ALL landlords, unless otherwise stated.
Please note: It is YOUR responsibility to keep a record of ALL CPD points you attain. You can do this by downloading the MLAS SELF ASSESSMENT CPD FORM available under LANDLORD RESOURCES. You will be expected to demonstrate CPD points earned for re-accreditation.

We will reserve you on your specified course and send you a PROFORMA invoice. Payment for courses will need to be made PRIOR to the course date. (This is normally within 7 days of receiving the joining instructions although a period of 14 days is sometimes listed on the pro forma invoice). Your place will be reserved but will NOT be confirmed until payment is made.
Payment details are included on the proforma invoice. We will accept BACs and cheque payment.
Places on these Workshops is on a first come first serve basis. Failure to pay for the Workshop within time periods may mean you lose your place.
